Executive Career Strategy Package (Most Popular)

1. 90 minutes Career Coaching on Aims/Goals/and Roadmap and building personal branding and targeted market. 
 
2. 90 minutes Career Coaching  on Networking strategy, LinkedIn and strategic marketing plan, and networking activity planning.
 
3. 90 minutes  Career Coaching on progress, and a simulated interview practice and rehearsal training, and negotiating and closing an offer. Preparation of the right panel of referees, and coaching of referees to agreed strengths to relevant role competencies.
 
4. 30 minutes Career Coaching for urgent adhoc coaching in relation to applications/negotiations/CV or LinkedIn final review. 
 
5. Package Bonus of 60 minutes additional Coaching tailored to client's needs during the Program.
 
This is the recommended program structure but it can be varied according to client's needs to the equivalent of 6 hours coaching in total (including the bonus additional hour). 
 
Coaching takes place over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
