Geoff's experiences range from helping start-ups and SME’s build their HR capability, to drive organisational growth and transformation - from building processes and HR frameworks for smaller enterprises expanding, as well as senior roles in the not-for profit, insurance, and banking industries, and HR Consulting/Contracting, and Executive Coaching. 

Consulted to internal clients including Chairman of the Board, Board Remuneration & Selection Committee, CEO, CFOs, CIOs, CROs. Has extensive M&A experience in due diligence and integration as well as restructuring and redeployment, and culture change. 

Commercially astute, with a background in relationship management to corporate clients in banking, as well as financial literacy as an executive of an ASX listed company.     

 

Services include;  Diagnostic and coaching tools for leaders, Organisational "Purpose", Values and Culture framing, Organisational Design to enable change, and Leadership Development Facilitation and Executive Coaching.
